Example 1， Toextrude TPU (round covering) onto a steel wire and a modified aramid cord withthe same diameter under the same working condition. The pull-out force ismeasured after it is cooled. The results show that the pull-out force of themodified aramid cord is 2-5 times of that of a comparable steel wire.

Example 2， Toextrude TPU on an untreated aramid cord and a modified aramid reinforcementcord with the same diameter and the same material.The pull-out force ismeasured after it is cooled. The results showed that the pull-out force of themodified aramid reinforcement cord was 1.8-4 times higher than that of thestandard aramid cord.

The potential to improve the beltperformance is that the reinforced materials (steel wire, aramid yarns, etc.)are tightly combined with the covering materials. Through different parametersetting and modifications, the modified material of Aritec can be fully appliedto different working conditions for conveyer belts，pipes andropes. Belt and pipe manufacturers do not need to deal with the modified aramidcords. In the manufacturing process, it is easy to realize the tightlycombination of reinforced materials and TPU or engineering plastics.
